Field & Online Conduct

1. Dignity and Respect

Every individual, regardless of their background, caste, religion, or economic status, must be treated with absolute dignity and respect, especially during their final journey.

2. Empathetic Conduct

Be respectful, calm, and patient with grieving families. Ensure that your tone, words, and actions offer comfort and do not add to their distress.

3. Strict Confidentiality

Protect family privacy and sensitive case details at all times. Do not share personal information, photos, or details on social media or with unauthorized persons without explicit consent.

4. Zero Financial Transactions

Volunteers and ground staff must never demand, request, or accept cash, gifts, or favors directly from families. All donations must be routed through official channels.

5. Legal Compliance

Never bypass legal procedures. Ensure that required police clearances, hospital death certificates, and municipal authorizations are obtained before proceeding with any final rites.

6. Non-Discrimination

Assistance is provided purely on the basis of humanitarian need. We do not discriminate against any community, faith, gender, or nationality.

7. Reporting Violations

Any breach of this Code of Conduct must be reported immediately to the central coordination desk for strict disciplinary action.
